How long does it take to migrate?
Most migrations complete within 1-3 days. Your current Stripe account stays fully operational during the process – no downtime, no interruptions. An expedited process is also available.
Will my customers notice any changes?
Your customers won't notice the change. Their subscriptions, payment methods, and billing cycles continue smoothly. Following Stripe's best practices, we add a trial period until their next invoice date to prevent double-charging. We recommend pausing new payments during the subscription migration (typically a few hours).
What data gets transferred?
Everything in your Stripe account: Customer data: names, emails, phones, addresses, and all metadata. Payment details: cards, ACH/bank accounts, and associated metadata. Business setup: products, coupon codes, and subscriptions. We maintain the same billing cycles throughout the transfer. For Enterprise plan we can discuss custom solutions
What is required to start the migration?
The main requirement is having your new Stripe account already set up in your destination country. You'll need admin access to both your old and new Stripe accounts to generate API keys. Everything else is handled by us.
How secure is the migration process?
We use restricted Stripe API keys that have minimal, read-only permissions. This means we can only access the data needed for migration – nothing more. We can't make changes to your account beyond what's necessary for the transfer.
Is this allowed by stripe?
Yes – we use Stripe's official APIs and follow their recommended migration practices. Everything is done by the book, maintaining data integrity and security.
